Why we use it

Optional follow-up
Marketing-style email, WhatsApp or automated voice follow-up is optional and depends on the separate permission boxes you select. You can ask us to stop future optional follow-up.
Suppliers and service providers
Information may be handled by service providers used to operate the website, CRM, communications and fulfilment workflow. Product or delivery details may be shared with relevant suppliers or logistics providers only where needed to answer or fulfil your requirement.
Commercial records
If an enquiry becomes a quotation or order, additional commercial, tax, billing, shipping and transaction records may be collected under the terms communicated for that transaction.
