For each confirmed job: agree the scope, visit and labour charges, payout, travel and cancellation terms, customer approval and service responsibilities before dispatch.

Repair first where suitable. Never recommend an unnecessary replacement or pressure a customer to buy a product. Any proposed replacement or additional work requires approval.

The initial model is assignment-based, not a permanent plumber payroll. Job volume depends on genuine customer demand and local serviceability.
