2 · Validate a small opening order
Start with approved everyday essentials against advance. Check quality, installation feedback and movement before scaling.
3 · Reorder with references
Repeat orders, replacements and counter enquiries use the confirmed SKU or quotation reference through WhatsApp and the retailer order page.
Commercial terms
- Advance against a written proforma invoice for new accounts. No open credit on opening orders unless separately approved in writing. Only an agreed invoice can be paid through the payment page.
- Trade price, tax, freight, minimum order and lead time are stated in the written price list. No margin, scheme or territory entitlement is promised on this page.
- Quotations, proforma invoices, tax invoices and advances are issued and collected by LEX ORBIS EDUCATION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U85499DL2026OPC469068), the current legal operator of CHROMITE. A change of company name is proposed and remains subject to MCA approval and issuance of a fresh certificate. Until that process and the related bank/payment updates are complete, quotations, invoices and collections must use LEX ORBIS EDUCATION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Confirm the entity name, invoice reference and amount before paying.
