Website analytics

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure public page visits, conversion interactions and performance using first-party, privacy-focused signals. After you allow optional analytics, Metricool or Microsoft Clarity may also measure public page visits, referrals, campaigns and browser interactions. Private operations pages are excluded from public website trackers. Use Cookie preferences to withdraw optional analytics consent. Your choice is stored in this browser.

Information we collect

Product enquiries may contain your name, business, email, phone, delivery city, product requirements, quantity, document link, notes, chosen reply method, permissions and campaign/source information.

Home-service requests additionally contain your PIN code, locality, fitting issue, service choice, preferred date/time and whether you want optional product suggestions. A preferred date is not a booked appointment. Plumber applications contain experience, self-declared skills and proposed service PIN codes. Do not submit identity documents, banking details or passwords in these public forms.

Why we use it

We use the information to assess requests, confirm serviceability, verify suppliers or models, prepare quotations, review partner applications, manage accountable follow-up in the CHROMITE CRM and keep a record of your permissions. Authorised managers may record verification references, agreed charges, customer approval, partner acceptance, a confirmed visit address and completion evidence.

Plumber and home-visit information

Your full home address is not required for the initial request. Provide it only when arranging a confirmed visit. Necessary contact and location details may be shared with the assigned, verified service partner for that job; the request is not permission to publish your details or share them with all applicants. Provider contact information and application records are restricted to authorised operations staff.

Product selection guide

The product selection guide uses fixed rules and the proposed catalogue to display suggestions. Its conversation remains in the current page and is not sent to a generative-model provider or saved to the CRM. Reloading or clearing the conversation removes that page state. Contact details are collected only when you submit a separate quotation or service form. Do not type sensitive personal information into the guide.

Optional follow-up

Marketing email, WhatsApp updates and automated voice follow-up require separate permission where those choices are offered. Home-service and plumber-application forms give permission to respond to that request by the chosen method; they do not opt you into marketing or automated calls. You can ask us to stop optional follow-up.

Suppliers and service providers

Information may be processed by providers used for hosting, CRM, communications and fulfilment. Necessary product, BOQ or delivery details may be shared with a relevant prospective supplier or logistics provider to answer or fulfil your request. Approved service partners receive only the details required for their assigned work.

Commercial records

A quotation, confirmed service or order may require additional billing, tax, shipping, payment and service records under the terms communicated for that transaction. Completion of a service does not by itself establish payment or warranty eligibility.

Company-name status

A change of company name is proposed and remains subject to MCA approval and issuance of a fresh certificate. Until that process and the related bank/payment updates are complete, quotations, invoices and collections must use LEX ORBIS EDUCATION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. A future website update will follow only after the legal certificate and connected merchant records are updated.

Contact and privacy requests

Use CHROMITE support to ask about your data, correct request details, withdraw optional contact permission or raise a privacy concern. Include your request reference rather than sensitive identity or financial documents.
