The catalogue describes proposed fitting requirements, not live stock or a final price list. A price is issued only for an approved model, finish, quantity and delivery location after current supplier and landed-cost verification.

Quantity, unit price, applicable taxes, freight, any separately agreed installation charges and the quotation validity period.
Supply and support
Availability, dispatch and delivery estimate, payment terms, warranty scope, returns conditions and service process.
How prices are approved
Landed cost first
Supplier price, quality check, packaging, freight, payment cost and warranty/service reserve are reviewed before a selling price is approved.
Separate buyer terms
Consumer MRP, dealer purchase price and project-volume price are recorded separately. No blanket discount or margin is promised without approved economics.
No false availability
A proposed requirement is not priced as in-stock. Stock state, MOQ and lead time must appear in the written quotation.
