Nothing is produced or dispatched before the specification, price and advance are confirmed. That keeps site schedules and budgets predictable.
1 · Send the BOQ
Share item list, quantities, site city and delivery phases on WhatsApp or the form. A drawing or BOQ excerpt is enough to start.
2 · Written quotation
Receive model-wise specification, unit price, tax, freight and lead time in writing against the target timeline.
3 · Sample approval
Approve physical samples or finish references before the order is placed with the manufacturing partner.
4 · Order & advance
Confirm the order against a proforma invoice. Advance is collected before production or dispatch is scheduled.
5 · Dispatch & documentation
Tax invoice, packing list, warranty terms and any available manufacturer test certificates travel with the consignment.

Commercial terms
- Advance against proforma invoice for new accounts. No open credit on opening orders. Confirmed invoices can be paid through the payment page.
- Delhi NCR first. Other North India cities (Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand) on request, freight to be confirmed.
- Prices, taxes, freight, lead time and warranty scope are confirmed only in the written quotation. An enquiry does not reserve stock or price.
- Quotations, proforma invoices, tax invoices and advances are issued and collected by Lex Orbis Education (OPC) Private Limited, the approved company merchant (company name change to Dr. Saurabh Kapoor Ventures (OPC) Private Limited is under process). Confirm the entity name on every invoice before paying.
